Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. They form the agreement between you and Bizit360.

1. Agreement

By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using Bizit360's website, client portal or services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Our services

Bizit360 provides software, web and app development, e-commerce and marketplace services, digital marketing, AI agents and automation, business formation, and telecom regulatory compliance support. The scope, price and deliverables of each order are those shown on the service page and at checkout, or in a written quote we send you.

3. Quotes and pricing

Some services (for example the telecom carrier onboarding packages) are priced per client and are shown as "Custom Quote". A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Government, registry, registered agent and certificate authority fees are separate from our service fee unless the order states otherwise, and are passed through at cost.

4. Your responsibilities

You must give us accurate and complete information, respond promptly to requests for documents, keep your login details confidential, and only order services for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you ask us to file on your behalf.

5. Not a law firm, not tax or legal advice

Bizit360 is a business services provider. We are not a law firm or a CPA firm and nothing on this site or in our deliverables is legal, tax or accounting advice. Consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.

6. Third-party timelines

Government agencies, registries and carriers set their own processing times and decisions. We will keep you informed, but we cannot guarantee a filing will be accepted or by what date.

7. Payment

Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. We may pause work on an order while an invoice is overdue. If an invoice remains unpaid more than 5 days after its due date, access to your client portal may be restricted until the outstanding amount is paid and confirmed; we send payment reminders by email before and after the due date. You can pay by bank transfer or another method we agree with you and upload proof of payment, which we confirm within 24 hours. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Unless your order says otherwise, once an invoice for custom development work is paid in full, you own the final deliverables made specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and of third-party and open-source components, which remain under their own licences. You grant us permission to use the materials you supply only to perform your order.

9. Confidentiality and data

We treat the business information and documents you give us as confidential and use them only to perform your order. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law permits, Bizit360 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or revenue, or loss caused by third-party decisions or delays. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used unlawfully, or puts our systems or other clients at risk. You may close your account at any time by emailing us; open orders are then handled under the Refund Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, and the courts located there have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated version applies from the date shown above; continued use after that date means you accept it.
