Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Bizit360 collects through this website and client portal, why, and how you can control it.
1. Who we are
Bizit360 ("we", "us") provides software, web and app development, e-commerce, marketing, business formation and telecom compliance services. For the personal data described in this policy, Bizit360 is the data controller (a "Data Fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). Our contact details are: Bizit360, 1001 S. Main Street, Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States. Email: info@bizit360.com. Phone: (406) 287-4333 (US) or +92 316 2888259 (Pakistan).
2. What we collect, and why
We collect only what we need to respond to you or deliver a service you ask for:
- Contact and consultation forms: name, email, phone number (phone is optional on the contact form), and the message or topic you write. Purpose: to reply to your request.
- Account registration: name, email, password (stored only as a one-way hash), and optionally company name and phone. Purpose: to run your client portal account.
- Orders: the business details required for the specific service you order (for example company name, state, ownership details, filing information). For business formation we also ask for an owner ID document, because the state filing requires identity verification. Purpose: to complete your order.
- Support tickets and uploaded documents: what you write and upload. Purpose: to resolve your issue and fulfil your order.
- Technical data: a session cookie, security logs (such as failed login counts and a one-way hashed network address used only to limit form spam, deleted after about a day) and, only if you accept analytics cookies, anonymised usage statistics from Google Analytics.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website at present. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18, and our services are not directed at them.
3. Legal basis and your consent
We process data on the basis of your consent (the consent box on our forms), to perform a contract with you (orders and account), and to meet legal obligations (for example tax, accounting and regulatory record keeping). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect processing already done, and we may need to keep some records where the law requires it. Withdrawing consent for something an order depends on may mean we can no longer deliver that order.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed:
- Government agencies, regulators, registered agents and carriers, when completing a filing or compliance service you requested (for example a state Secretary of State, the FCC or NECA).
- Infrastructure providers that operate this website: our web hosting provider, Cloudflare (content delivery and security), and Google (web fonts, and Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies). If a CAPTCHA is shown on a form, it is provided by Cloudflare (Turnstile) or Google (reCAPTCHA) and receives your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots. Font Awesome icons are loaded from the cdnjs content delivery network.
- Our email delivery provider, once configured, to send you order and account emails.
- The public RDAP registry network, when you use the domain availability checker (the domain name you type is sent for the lookup).
- Professional advisers or authorities where we are legally required to.
5. International transfers
Bizit360 operates from the United States and Pakistan and serves clients worldwide. Your data may therefore be processed in those countries and in other countries where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure providers protect it appropriately.
6. How long we keep data
- Contact and consultation enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Account, order, invoice and document records: for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years afterwards where needed for tax, accounting or regulatory reasons, then deleted.
- Security logs: up to 12 months.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, CSRF protection, account lockout after repeated failed logins, restricted access to uploaded documents, and file-type checks on uploads. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your personal data occurs we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the DPDP Act 2023, and the GDPR/UK GDPR and US state privacy laws where they apply to you) you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data;
- ask us to erase your data, unless we must keep it by law;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you cannot (DPDP Act);
- complain to us, and if unresolved, to the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.
To exercise any right, email info@bizit360.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days.
9. Grievance contact
For any privacy concern or grievance, contact Abdul Waleed Khan, Founder, at info@bizit360.com, 1001 S. Main Street, Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States.
10. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for the cookies we use and how to change your choice.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a material way we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell registered users by email.
